Team Headshot Options
To qualify for Team Headshot Options, you must:
be a company and
be booking in a minimum of 3 individuals
1) Express Team Headshot Sessions
Our Express Session may be small but it packs a punch!! (not literally of course :)
This 10-minute session can put 5-6 people through per hour. It gets straight to it and delivers each individual a single high-resolution retouched digital image of their choice.
We capture a variety of poses using a single Look that best suits your organization’s brand. A “Look” is a background, pose or lighting style choice made by the booking company so everyone matches. Minimum requirement of 5 sessions booked to have access to this option.
2) Essentials Team Headshot Sessions
The Essentials Session is an efficient 20-minute session where we can get 2-3 people through per hour.
This is a positive session where we will create 1 to 2 looks for each person to choose from. In-session and Online Proofing. Simple, straightforward, to the point and like we said, efficient!
3) Extended Team Headshot Sessions
For Teams looking for the full headshot experience for each of their Team Members. The Extended Team Session is up to a 30-minute session of photography and image viewing with three high-resolution retouched digital images.
This session is perfect for anyone who needs to create a more in-depth variety of images with fewer time constraints. Our Extended session can include various outfit changes and backgrounds for those wanting more from their headshot session.
We photograph thousands of individuals every year so understand what it takes to capture images for your Team.
Our Team Headshot Sessions can be done On-Location for you. That could be your office or any other location that works for you.
In-Studio is another great option for individuals working remotely, new hires, or small teams. Our Sherwood Park headshot studio is available anytime for sessions.
Our Team and Staff Headshot Sessions grew from our tried and true Individual Headshot Sessions but are tweaked for efficiency. The same great service just lined up to be extremely efficient so you get the most out of it for your Employees.
Team Headshot Session Pricing
Team Headshot Sessions are billed per person with the price per person reducing with an increasing number of sessions booked. Available to companies who are booking a minimum of three individuals for their initial Headshot Sessions.
Available in our studio or on location at your office.

Easy Online Image Proof Viewing Gallery
Yes, we have options! Picking final images may seem simple but when you combined this with a group of individuals, it can get complicated quickly.
We have a few ways to manage this efficiently;
We Pick - Infinite Eye picks the best images for each person - done and done - easy peasy!!
You Pick - a single person from your organization is appointed to pick images - great for when you have a specific look or branding focus in mind.
They Pick - each individual is given gallery access and they choose their own favourite images.
Simple because we make it that way! :)
Staff Photos
Does the sound of full-on Headshots seem like a bit of overkill for what your company needs?
Ok , take a look at this… Sometimes you just need quick but amazing-looking Staff photos. Well, we have a secret. We use the same headshots setup combined with some super-efficient technology and that gets you Infinite Eye Staff Photos.
Think school photo efficiency but with profesional headshot quality.

Team Photos
Team Photos are a great way to show off your most valuable asset, your employees. We have two options for you.
Group Team Photo
A Group Team Photo is how it has been done since the invention of team photos. It is with everyone coming in together to have their photo taken of the group. Starting at $95 per 10 people. Talk to use for larger groups.
Continual Team Photo
This is where technology and know-how come into play. We are able to photograph each of your employees as individuals, then bring them together digitally creating a Continual Team Photo. It is called “continual” because it allows us to grow or change the photo as your company grows and changes.
No need to have the Team Photo redone because someone has joined the team, you just have to have us photograph your new staff members, then we add them into the mix!!! Starts at $360 for the initial setup. Additions/removals are included when we photograph them for a Headshot or Employee Session!
