We photograph thousands of individuals every year, so we know exactly what it takes to capture professional, authentic images for your team.
Our Team Headshot Sessions can be held on-location, whether that’s your office or any other setting that suits your needs.
Prefer a studio environment? Our Sherwood Park headshot studio is always ready—perfect for remote employees, new hires, or smaller teams needing a consistent, polished look.
These sessions evolved from our signature Individual Headshot Sessions but are designed for maximum efficiency. You’ll get the same high-quality service and results, streamlined to ensure your team’s time is used effectively while still delivering images your employees will be proud of.
Company Headshot Session Pricing
We offer company headshots at your office, a location of your choice or at our Infinite Eye Studio.
Pricing is per person, with discounts for larger teams, with each headshot session includes a high-resolution, professionally retouched digital image of their choice.

4-9 people | $129/person
Recommend that you set aside one hour for shooting time. Available in our studio or on location at your office.
10-19 people | $109/person
Recommend that you set aside two hours for shooting time. Available in our studio or on location at your office.
20-25 people | $99/person
Recommend that you set aside two and a half hours for shooting time. Available in our studio or on location at your office.
25+ People | Contact Us

Our Team Headshot Sessions are priced per individual, with discounted rates available as the number of participants increases. These sessions are ideal for companies booking a minimum of four team members for their initial headshots.
Sessions can be held in our studio or on location at your office for added convenience.
If you’re considering an on-location session, we’ll work with you to determine the total time required and the space needed to ensure a smooth, professional setup.

Want to capture more than a single look per team member? Add additional looks! This includes one retouched file per additional look.
Additional Digitals | $39/image
When you want additional images from your completed session, add additional retouched digital images! Like all other digital headshot images we provide, this includes retouching and full full-resolution file download for each chosen image.
Group Photos |
No matter the size of your company, we can photograph your team together or broken up into groups by departments. Whether you need an image of everyone together or photos of each department or team, we've got you covered. Let us know what your Group Photo needs are.
On Location Fee | $225
Need us to come to you? No problem! Our location fee covers the additional time and travel expenses so that we can bring our studio to you. Includes travel up to 30 miles from Orlando.

Easy Online Image Proof Viewing Gallery
Yes, we have options! Picking final images may seem simple but when you combined this with a group of individuals, it can get complicated quickly.
We have a few ways to manage this efficiently;
We Pick - Infinite Eye picks the best images for each person - done and done - easy peasy!!
You Pick - a single person from your organization is appointed to pick images - great for when you have a specific look or branding focus in mind.
They Pick - each individual is given gallery access and they choose their own favourite images.
Simple because we make it that way! :)
Staff Photos
Does the sound of full-on Headshots seem like a bit of overkill for what your company needs?
Ok , take a look at this… Sometimes you just need quick but amazing-looking Staff photos. Well, we have a secret. We use the same headshots setup combined with some super-efficient technology and that gets you Infinite Eye Staff Photos.
Think school photo efficiency but with profesional headshot quality.

Team Photos
Team Photos are a great way to show off your most valuable asset, your employees. We have two options for you.
Group Team Photo
A Group Team Photo is how it has been done since the invention of team photos. It is with everyone coming in together to have their photo taken of the group. Starting at $95 per 10 people. Talk to use for larger groups.
Continual Team Photo
This is where technology and know-how come into play. We are able to photograph each of your employees as individuals, then bring them together digitally creating a Continual Team Photo. It is called “continual” because it allows us to grow or change the photo as your company grows and changes.
No need to have the Team Photo redone because someone has joined the team, you just have to have us photograph your new staff members, then we add them into the mix!!! Starts at $360 for the initial setup. Additions/removals are included when we photograph them for a Headshot or Employee Session!
