Whether you are looking for just that single perfect image, or you need variety and options to add to a brand, we can deliver what you need. Our sessions and pricing are designed to get you what you need.
All In Studio sessions include retouched images with additional images available for purchase as you need them.
Essentials Headshot Session $225
The Essentials session is a 20-minute session that includes some very useful headshot education. We discover what you are wanting to say with your image, work on a few simple poses and have fun finding your headshot groove.
This may all sound like a lot but our fine-tuned system makes it a smooth process that gets you to your goal of a great headshot.
The Session includes:
A positive 20-min session where we guide you through your headshot session.
A variety of 1 to 2 looks. Looks are variations within your Session like a different outfit, background or pose to give a varied feel or vibe to your images.
Secure online proofs viewing gallery with 20-24 headshot proofs to view and choose from.
Choice of two (2) high-resolution retouched digital images that you select from your Proofs Gallery.
Additional retouched digitals and prints are available.
Simple, straightforward, and to the point. This Session builds confidence for you in front of the camera..
Extended Headshot Session $295
This Session is everything that the Essentials Session is, and more!!
In this extended session, we still dive into headshot education, talk about what you are wanting to say with your headshot, and work with multiple poses, but we get more of EVERYTHING to explore more.
The Session includes everything in our Essentials Session plus:
Additional time - a total of 40 mins session time
Additional looks - a variety of 3 to 5 looks. Looks are variations within your Session like a different outfit, background, pose or studio lighting to give a varied feel or vibe to your images.
Additional proofs - Secure online proofs viewing gallery with 30-36 headshot proofs to view and choose from.
Additional digitals - three (3) high-resolution retouched digital images you select from your Proofs Gallery.
Additional retouched digitals and prints are available.
More outfits, more backgrounds, more poses, more playing and more digitals.

Purchase of additional digital images includes retouching.
Our Retouched Digital Images help you look as rested, healthy, and put together as you do on your best day!
Retouching includes the removal of blemishes, facial shine, stray hairs, lighting of dark circles under the eyes and whitening of teeth. All retouched images are delivered to you via a downloadable link with options to download both print and online versions allowing you free use as you need.
Additional Digital Image $59 each
Every retouched image is edited to make you look as rested, healthy, and put together as you do on your best day. We specialize in natural retouching that helps you look your best.
3 Additional Digital Images $155
Three of your favourite images are retouched and delivered to you digitally for download and ready to use immediately.
5 Additional Digital Images $245
Five of your favourite images are retouched and delivered to you digitally for download and ready to use immediately.
10 Additional Digital Images $395
Ten of your favourite images are retouched and delivered to you digitally for download and ready to use immediately.
Full Gallery Download - High Resolution $295
Get your full gallery of images, cropped, colour corrected, in high resolution, with no retouching. A great option if you have your own people with retouch skills and you want all images. Available to download in both high-resolution printable and low-resolution online versions.

A professional business headshot doesn’t have to take a lot of time. It really depends on what you need.
For a quick, efficient studio headshot, we offer 20-minute sessions. If you’d like more time, additional poses and more variety, our 40-minute sessions give us more room to explore different options.
For on-location corporate headshots, the timing is completely flexible. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits your team, your workplace and the number of people being photographed.

Yes. We regularly photograph corporate teams on location at offices, clinics, workplaces, and other business locations throughout Sherwood Park and the Edmonton area.
We bring the lighting, background, and photography setup to you, which makes it much easier to photograph an entire team without sending everyone off-site.
For larger groups, we can help plan the schedule and flow so employees move through efficiently while still getting consistent, professional headshots.

Absolutely. In fact, it’s one of our specialties.
Rather than asking you to hold stiff or uncomfortable poses, we use body language as the foundation of our posing system. These are movements and positions you already use naturally, which can make it much easier to relax—even if you’re nervous in front of the camera.
We’ll guide you throughout the session, helping with posture, positioning and expression so you can stop worrying about what to do and simply focus on being yourself.
The goal is a professional headshot that looks confident, comfortable and, most importantly, looks like you.

How quickly do we receive the finished headshots?
We take the time to professionally review and edit your images so every photograph receives the attention it deserves.
Typically, your proof gallery will be ready within five business days. From there, you choose your favourite images, and we'll complete the final professional retouching before delivering your finished files.
Working with a tighter deadline? We may be able to help. Rush service is available—just ask us about the options.

Absolutely. Every person has the autonomy to choose the image that represents them.
After the session, employees can review their photographs and select the headshot they feel best represents them. An image isn't finalized, shared or delivered for use until that person has made their selection.
We believe people should feel confident in the professional image being used to represent them.

Absolutely. This is one of our specialties.
If you have a day when everyone will already be together—such as a training day, company event, staff meeting, new-hire day or conference—we can come to your location and photograph the team as part of that schedule.
We have several ways to structure large corporate headshot days, depending on the number of people, timing and how much individual attention you want each person to receive.

Yes. Rush service is available.
If you need your headshots quickly, let us know when you book or at your session.
In many cases, we can prepare your proof gallery within 12-24 hours. Once you choose your favourites, we begin the final retouching right away and work to get the finished images back to you as quickly as possible.
Just tell us, “I need to rush this,” and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your timeline.
Rush pricing may apply depending on the turnaround and scope of the session.
