We offer two ways to book action coverage during the tournament.
Team Bookings ensure your entire team is covered. We focus on capturing all athletes throughout a portion of a chosen game, so no one is missed.
Athlete Sessions are designed for athletes who want dedicated coverage. We track and photograph that specific player throughout their game to deliver a strong, personalized set of images.
Each session delivers a different result — team bookings focus on the full roster, while individual sessions are dedicated entirely to one athlete. Choose the option that fits what you’re looking for, and we’ll take care of the rest.

When you book now, you’re reserving your spot. With the size of the Championships, these sessions often fill up quickly.

Our Action Photography Sessions are designed to capture the energy, emotion, and intensity of the game—focusing on players, coaches, and support staff during live gameplay.
ONLY BOOKED TEAMS ARE PHOTOGRAPHED.
Team Action Session – $325 per Team (Pre-Booking Rate)
A professional photographer joins your game for approximately 30–45 minutes.
We use your team-provided roster to ensure every athlete is captured
Coverage includes key plays, sideline energy, and coaching moments
Edited images are delivered onsite via a secure online gallery
Full team access — athletes, parents, and staff can view and download
Early Booking Advantage
Pre-book your team for $325.
On-site bookings increase to $355, subject to availability.
When you book in advance, you’re reserving one of the limited coverage spots. Once the tournament schedule is released, we’ll work with you to select the game you’d like photographed.

How Booking Works
Individual Action Spotlights are booked onsite only and are based on availability.
There is no advance booking for individual sessions.
If you’re interested, visit us in the Photography Room during registration or check-in day (before games begin). That is the best time to secure a spot.
Please do not call — our team is fully engaged onsite throughout the event. The only way to reserve an Individual Spotlight session is to come speak with us directly.
