Useful Game Schedule Info

When booking in your team, it can be a challenge to understand the schedules and when you play/could be playing. Here is some info on how things happen to help you better understand when you can book in for photos. The information below is TYPICALLY what happens.

  • For each age bracket listed above, competitions are held over four (4) days, with Day 1 being a Registration / Check-In Day and Days 2-3-4 are Game Play days.

  • Day 2 and 3 are pools play days and Day 4 is playoffs.

  • Day 2 and 3 are split into two waves, AM Wave (7:30 am – 2:30 pm) and a PM Wave (2:45 pm – 9:45 pm), while Day 4 has all teams starting in the morning.

  • During the first 2 days, teams play all other teams within their pools.

  • After the first day of competition (Day2) is complete, teams are “re-pooled” for Day 3 to group teams of similar calibre together.

  • Day 4 playoffs consist of teams playing in a single-elimination playoff bracket.
