Yes. Every athlete is photographed individually, and we capture multiple poses, expressions and looks.

Youth sports photos become important memories, and we don't believe one or two quick images are enough. Depending on the program, we may photograph smiles, game faces, jersey poses and athlete-choice poses, giving families genuinely different images to choose from.

We value the time of athletes, parents, coaches and volunteers, so our team photo days are designed to run efficiently and on time.

We can even handle team scheduling through our online booking system. Your association chooses the photography date, and teams can select their own available time. If your association prefers to create the schedule, we can work that way too.

Before photo day, we'll determine how much time each team needs and build the schedule accordingly. Our system is designed to keep things moving without turning individual player photos into a rushed, one-click experience.

We offer different sports photography programs depending on what works best for your association.

Many associations choose a program that includes a print or photo product for every athlete. Families still receive access to their online gallery afterward, where they can view all of their athlete's images and purchase anything additional they love.

We offer plenty of choice for families, with individual products starting as low as $5, along with prints, digital images and larger packages.

For qualifying associations, other purchasing options may also be available. We'll discuss the different approaches with you when planning your photo day and help determine which structure makes the most sense for your organization.

Either way, families aren't required to choose additional products before photo day. They can see their athlete's photographs first and then purchase what they love.

Yes. We offer traditional team photos, composite team photos, our custom created Team Power Pose designs and other sports photography options.

Designs can incorporate your association's colours, logos and branding, and we'll work with you on the overall look.

Our sports photography systems are built to scale. Whether we're photographing one team or managing a large, multi-day photo program, we build the scheduling, staffing and photography workflow around the size of the organization.

For larger associations, photography can also be spread over multiple dates. This not only helps us efficiently photograph a large number of athletes, but can give families more flexibility. If a player can't attend their team's original photo day, they may be able to attend another scheduled photography date.

Whether you're organizing photos for one team, 100 teams or a major sporting event, we have the experience and systems to build a photo day that works.

We have options.

If your association has multiple photography dates, the player may be able to attend another scheduled photo day. Missed players can also be photographed at our Sherwood Park photography studio when appropriate.

We know illnesses, tournaments and family schedules happen, so we'll work with those families directly to find the best option for them.

It’s just part of what we do.

For smaller sports associations, finished images are generally ready within approximately one week. Larger associations with many teams and athletes are generally completed within approximately two weeks.

If your association's program includes printed products, we'll also let you know when those are ready for pickup.

Parent orders placed through an online gallery will vary depending on the products ordered and the time of year. Our professional print lab works quickly, although busy periods such as Christmas can require additional production time.

Yes. Coaches and team staff are welcome in the team photograph at no additional charge.

We can also photograph siblings and buddy photos when the schedule allows. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for them.

We photograph teams on location, at our Sherwood Park studio, or at another suitable location we arrange together.

Some associations already have access to an arena, fieldhouse or other appropriate space. If you don't, talk to us. We also have partnerships in some communities that may help us find a suitable photography location.
