When you book a company headshot day, someone will get sick. Someone will be travelling. Someone will get pulled into a meeting. Someone will have an emergency. And someone will simply be too busy doing their actual job to stop for a headshot.

Here’s something we’ve learned from years of organizing large groups of people: don’t give them choices.

We start with a single headshot date, or a set of dates if your company requires more than one. Those are the dates everyone works toward.

We also know that some people simply won’t be able to make those dates. We plan for that behind the scenes, but we don’t need to give everyone a list of alternate options from the beginning.

Instead, your answer to an employee can be simple:

“You can’t make headshot day? No problem. Contact Infinite Eye directly and they’ll work with you.”

From there, we take over. We work directly with the employee, find an alternate time that works and get them photographed.

In a way, we become a little bit of your headshot admin. You don’t need someone in HR juggling schedules and trying to figure out where to fit people in. We manage those exceptions for you.

Will their headshot still match the rest of the company?

Absolutely.

When we set up your company headshots, we establish the lighting, background, crop, editing and overall photographic style.

If someone is photographed three weeks after everyone else, their finished headshot should still look like it belongs with the rest of the team.

That consistency is part of the system.
