Focus on Your Event. We’ll Focus on Capturing It.
Corporate Event Photography That Does More
Great event photography should keep working long after the event is over. We capture the people, interactions, details and important moments that tell the story of your event—giving your company a library of professional images for social media, marketing, websites, internal communications and future promotions.
Conference & Convention Photography
From a single-day conference to a multi-day convention, we work around your schedule and capture the event as it happens. Speakers, attendees, breakout sessions, networking, displays and everything in between. You focus on running the event while we focus on documenting it.
Keynote Speakers, Presentations & Awards
Some moments only happen once. Keynote speakers, important presentations, announcements, awards and recognition deserve to be captured properly. We pay attention to the schedule and the flow of your event so we're ready when those important moments happen.
Candid Networking & Guest Photography
Some of the best photographs happen between the scheduled events. Conversations, handshakes, laughter, reactions and connections help show what it actually felt like to be there. We move throughout your event looking for those natural moments without getting in the way of them.
Images for Marketing, Social Media & Future Events
Your event can create months of useful visual content. We photograph with future use in mind, creating images that can support social media, websites, newsletters, annual reports, recruitment, sponsorships and promotion of your next event.
We can also talk with you beforehand about any specific images your marketing team knows they'll need.
Planning Photography for Your Corporate Event
Every event is different. Before we photograph, we want to understand your schedule, priorities and the moments that matter most to you.
Have a keynote that absolutely needs coverage? Awards at a specific time? Important sponsors, executives or guests? Tell us. We'll work with you ahead of time to build photography around your event rather than expecting your event to work around us.
Event & Conference Photography FAQs
-
It depends on the size, schedule and goals of your event. We have access to a team of professional photographers and can bring in the right people for the job.
We look at how many things are happening at the same time, how quickly you need images, what the photographs will be used for, and who needs access to them. A single photographer may be exactly what you need, or your event may benefit from several photographers working together.
We’ll help you determine the right amount of coverage so you’re not trying to figure that out on your own.
-
That depends entirely on how you plan to use them.
We can build workflows that deliver selected photographs within an hour, within 12 hours, within 48 hours, or on a more traditional post-event schedule.
If your social media team needs images while the conference is still happening, that requires a different workflow than delivering a complete gallery after the event. Tell us what you want to accomplish, and we’ll build the photography and editing schedule around it.
-
Absolutely. Large events are one of our specialties.
We photograph conferences, conventions, trade shows and corporate events where there can be a lot happening at once and a large number of images being created.
Our job isn't simply to photograph what happens on stage. We look at the entire event—speakers, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, networking, displays, details and the moments that show what it actually felt like to be there.
-
Yes. If you need images while your event is still happening, we can build that into the plan.
We can bring additional staff to edit, process and deliver photographs on site, allowing your marketing or social media team to start using professional images while the event is underway.
We can also develop a delivery system based on who needs the photographs and how quickly they need them. That's something we plan with you before the event begins.
-
Absolutely—and this is an important part of professional event photography.
Sponsors have invested in your event, so we intentionally look for opportunities to photograph their branding naturally within the event: signage, displays, presentations, interactions and other moments that demonstrate their involvement.
We can photograph exhibitors interacting with attendees rather than simply documenting an empty booth. And with speakers, we capture both the presentation and the moments surrounding it.
We can deliver those photographs to your organization or, with your approval, work directly with exhibitors and speakers to get their images to them. We take care of the photography and delivery so your team can concentrate on running the event.
-
It starts before we ever pick up a camera.
Experience helps us anticipate what is likely to happen, but we also need to understand your vision. We want to know which speakers matter, when awards are happening, which sponsors need coverage, what your marketing team needs and which moments simply cannot be missed.
We use that information to develop a shoot list and communicate priorities to our photography team.
After 20 years in photography, we know what to look for—but you know your event. Combining those two things is how we make sure the photographs tell the right story.
-
Yes. We routinely photograph multi-day corporate events and conferences, including assignments where we're working with the same client across multiple consecutive events.
Multi-day coverage requires more than simply scheduling a photographer for several days. There can be thousands of images moving through the workflow while new photographs are continually being created.
We can plan the photography, staffing, editing and delivery around the entire event rather than treating each day as a separate job.
-
100%. The event photographs we provide are intended to work for your business, including commercial uses such as your website, marketing, social media and event promotion.
We photograph with those uses in mind. We want to capture the emotion, atmosphere, people and energy of your event so you have images that continue to be valuable long after everyone has gone home.
If you have specific usage or licensing requirements beyond our standard commercial use, talk to us and we can build that into your agreement.
-
Yes. Infinite Eye Photography is based in Sherwood Park and serves Edmonton and the surrounding area, but our corporate event photography isn't limited to Alberta.
We've travelled across Canada with corporate clients, including clients running multiple conferences in different cities.
Whether you're planning one event in Edmonton, a conference elsewhere in Alberta or multiple events across Canada, talk to us about the coverage you need.
-
Yes. This can be a great addition to a corporate event, conference or trade show.
We can create an on-site professional headshot experience for attendees, employees, speakers or guests while our event photography team covers the rest of the event.
Because we offer both services, we can help plan how the headshot experience fits into the event schedule and overall photography coverage.
-
Absolutely. In fact, we consider that communication an important part of doing the job properly.
Your event planner understands the schedule and logistics. Your marketing team knows which images they need and how they plan to use them. We need to understand both.
Before the event, we'll work with the appropriate people on your team to understand the schedule, priorities, deliverables and photography requirements so our photographers arrive knowing what matters.
-
You bet. Some of the photographs that tell the story of an event best aren't on the schedule.
We train our photographers to watch for interactions, reactions, conversations, laughter, connections and the moments happening between the scheduled activities.
Just as importantly, we understand how to work within an event without becoming the event. Our photographers know how to move through a room, anticipate moments and capture what is happening without constantly drawing attention to themselves.
That combination of scheduled coverage and candid photography gives you a much more complete picture of what your event actually felt like.
-
Yes. While Infinite Eye Photography specializes in photography, we have established relationships with trusted professional videography companies.
If your event requires both photography and video, we can coordinate the videography through us and bring in a trusted video team that works well alongside our photographers. This gives you one less vendor relationship to manage while still having dedicated professionals handling each specialty.
